Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Competitive Analyst, reporting to the Director of Suite Product Management, is responsible for the technical analysis of Kronos competitors in the Workforce Management Market. This person will be responsible for  providing in-depth, technical analysis of competitive products. The Senior  Technical Competitive Analyst will work very closely with the Product Line Directors  to develop identify key competitors, determine required areas of competitive research, and to development a range of competitive technical analysis reports for internal groups .  This role will also work closely with the industry marketing competitive team and the sales teams to track competitive activity and provide assistance in sales situations.    The analyst will also interface with Kronos  product management and engineering management to provide required input to product plans.



Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of competitive analysis or technical product experience in pre-sales or consulting roles for enterprise software companies. 
  • Must have strong technical background and be comfortable learning and using new products to development in-depth technical analysis and reports.
  • Must have experience working with sales teams to develop sales tools
  • Must have a proven ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and different organizational levels to deliver results
  • Must have strong leadership skills to collaborate with a team of senior professionals
  • Should have experience incorporating the needs of international markets.
  • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
